Our Story

At ReByD-360 Consulting, our journey began with a shared vision to help organizations not only survive but thrive in an increasingly complex and dynamic world. With deep roots in strategic consulting, process optimization, and impact evaluation, we recognized a pressing need for comprehensive, data-driven solutions that address the full spectrum of business challenges.

Our founders, seasoned professionals with expertise in MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning), Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Planning, and Project Management, saw an opportunity to create a consultancy that didn’t just offer advice, but partnered with organizations to make a real, measurable difference. The name ReByD-360 stands for Results By Design - 360. “Results” signifies our commitment to results and outcomes which looks at your outcomes beyond core activities, finding new ways to approach complex challenges. “By Design” represents our approach of working closely with clients to craft strategies tailored specifically to their needs transforming ideas into tangible, measurable results. Meet Our Director

Godfrey King'ori

Godfrey King’ori is the Director of ReByD-360 Consulting, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the consultancy. With a distinguished career in monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building, Godfrey has previously served as the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Training for the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) Program in Kenya.

With a strong background in developing and implementing comprehensive M&E frameworks, Godfrey has not only led the collection, analysis, reporting and derivation of critical data-drive results but also brings a deep passion for capacity building. He is skilled at coaching and mentoring organizations, providing tailored support and training that empowers them to achieve success and drive sustainable impact.

A seasoned professional, Godfrey has a broad range of expertise in national programming, strategy development, and knowledge management. His specialization in results and evidence-based M&E is complemented by skills in strategic planning, where he has extensive experience in developing M&E frameworks and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. Godfrey’s expertise in strategic planning includes the application of balanced scorecards to track performance and ensure alignment with key objectives. He also brings a strong focus on process improvement, problem-solving, and risk management. Godfrey holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, highlighting his commitment to operational excellence.

Throughout his career, Godfrey has successfully led and coached numerous projects using Agile project management, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies both nationally and internationally. Additionally, Godfrey excels in developing learning and knowledge management strategies to drive organizational growth.

At the national level, Godfrey has been a key player in optimizing strategies and closing performance gaps, particularly in Kenya’s efforts to achieve Universal Health Coverage. His certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Balanced Scorecard, Agile Project Management, and M&E, underscore his diverse and impactful expertise. Godfrey’s approach to planning community programs and securing funding further solidifies his leadership and vision at ReByD-360 Consulting.
